The origins

An art born 35 years ago, that of the master cheese maker D'Aprile, inspired by the most genuine craftsmanship. From the early hours of the morning, the milk, just milked, passes from our stable to the boilers already on the fire, to offer every day a multiplicity of aromas and flavors, witnesses of ancient knowledge. The natural environment of our land, sunny and full of perfumes, gives the genuineness that characterizes our products.
